We are a Norwegian family company owned by Arne J Grønn and Hans Christian Grønn, father and son. The company has IP rights and practical know-how concerning extracting and refining wood sugars, conceptual and technical designs for productions units, and we are experienced in feasibility studies to determine viability of potential projects. In addition to R&D investments over a number of years, we are also operating a wood sugar pilot plant.

Glommen Technology AS is jointly owned 50/50 by G&G Holding AS and Glommen Mjøsen Holding AS, with the same CEO as G&G Holding AS. Glommen Technology AS owns a patent for extracting wood sugar. The IPR to further refining wood sugar solely belongs to G&G Holding AS.

G&G Holding AS has a small staff, but with long term relationships with people with the relevant expertise who are important for R&D projects.
