We are a Norwegian family company owned by Arne J Grønn and Hans Christian Grønn, father and son. The company has IP rights and practical knowhow concerning extracting and refining wood sugars, conceptual and technical designs for productions units, and we are experienced in feasibility studies to determine viability of potential projects. In addition to R&D investments over a number of years, we are also operating a wood sugar pilot plant.

Glommen Technology AS is jointly owned 50/50 by G&G Holding AS and Glommen Mjøsen Holding AS, with the same CEO as G&G Holding AS. Glommen Technology AS owns a patent for extracting wood sugar. The IPR to further refining wood sugar solely belongs to G&G Holding AS.

G&G Holding AS has a small staff, but with long term relationships with people with the relevant expertise who are important for R&D projects.
